If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program, I-Empower-Self®  will give you a credit towards another program at a comparable price and quality or refund your fee. That’s it! No Hassles. No loopholes.

Investment in yourself: Two day Creating Opportunity 4 U workshop R1 100-00 (+- 16 hours) per person - 25% of ONE on ONE! normal fee. We also have on offer a day work shop on Boundary and Boundary Setting that fits very well on top of the Golden Opportunity workshop for R560-00. This is not essential but extremely beneficial to the anyone who attends.

Program times: Most of our training programs run from 9 AM to 5 PM with registration starting at 8:30 AM. If there are changes to this schedule participants will be notified well in advance of the program date or specifics will be on the program brochure or confirmation.
Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the program, you can always send a substitute - even at the last minute. Just call us at 011 478 2633.
Invoice Payment: Upon submitting your registration form an invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours. Full payment is due immediately upon receipt or as specified in registration material. Please contact us if this is a problem and perhaps other arrangements can be made. See Registrations for details of where to pay. Thanks.

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations received less than ONE weeks before the program date. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire fee unless I-Empower-Self® is notified in advance. If notified in advance within the 2 week period, a credit for future training will be provided.

Program changes: I-Empower-Self® reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or speaker(s) as necessary in response to the market conditions. Confirmed participants will be informed of any changes to the program they are scheduled to attend.

An event may be cancelled by I-Empower-Self® 7 days prior to the scheduled start if there are not enough registrants. Should the event need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no reimbursement of funds nor compensation for any expenses incurred by the registrants. In these circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for the same location as soon as possible.

Special Needs: If you have any dietary restrictions or handicaps, please inform I-Empower-Self® when you register for the program and again when you check in on the day of the program.
