CREATING OPPORTUNITY 4 U

 

REGISTRATION

To register for a Creating Opportunity 4 U -  I-Empower-Self® workshop, please complete and submit this client form via email to peter@iempowerself.com . It will be treated with utmost care and confidentiality. It enables us to prepare for your space in the workshop. We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your registration. Please indicate your payment method in your email.
You may also register by telephoning Peter on 011 478 2633 (local) or +27 11 478 2633 (external to South Africa) or request further information by e-mail. In all cases, client forms should be submitted.

PAYMENT:
Cash on commencement of workshop or Internet Transfer: Payment to "Peter Jordaan"  at Standard Bank, North Cliff Branch 006305, account no 200509306 and email payment advice to Peter. Only once confirmation of electronic payment in the bank account is made will admittance be allowed. Should you wish to pay by Credit Card please arrange for transfer to my account from your credit card. This can normally be done via the Internet. I do not have Credit card facilities yet.
