Price List for Conference Venue – 2008

Maximum number of persons - 30 - can go to 50 cinema style

The prices above include:  Tables (if required), chairs, Urn, cups, teaspoons, cutlery, crockery (if required).  Breakages and/or loss of cutlery will be charged for at R20 per item.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings are accepted up to three months in advance.

Confirmation of a reservation will be provided when a deposit of 50% of the quotation is received.

If no deposit is received, the reservation will not be held. An invoice for the deposit can be provided.

Requirements are to be communicated and confirmed via email to ensure that all your needs are met properly with your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

The entire deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to the dates reserved.

50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the dates reserved.

No deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the dates reserved.

PAYMENT

The remaining 50% payment must be made on the first day of your event. Any adjustments to the fees to be settled on the last day of the event before you leave.

Interest at the prevailing bank rate will be charged on all amounts still owing after 30 days of invoice.

Additional charges:
Security Guards for parking         -          R50 per day
  -         R50 per night

Teas / Coffee / Milk / Sugar                           -     R 5 per person per serving
Teas / Coffee / Milk / Sugar & Muffin                    -           R15 per person per serving

No meals are catered for by the Venue.  This can, however, be done by you directly.
