Generally, life coaching services can be customized to best support your needs, and cost varies directly with the amount of time you request, and the experience and qualifications of your coach.

This facilitates rapid resolution of issues arising. It is due to this methodology that I do not generally have to see clients for more many sessions. Individual Fees

For individuals1 to 1 coaching services with me start from as little as R350 per hour. My first session is always two hours long. That enables me to take a short history with you and then we can see where are the areas that it is that we need to work on. The focus here is on personal emotional issues, relationship issues, health issues etc. We generally do not need many sessions. These sessions generally last the average person 4 to 6 weeks. And you can actually spread your coaching sessions out over a longer time frame to lower the monthly cost. (I also offer many group programs that greatly reduce the monthly costs of working with me.)  

Business Owners, Professionals, Entrepreneurs & Executives Fees

For business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives who are seeking the business coaching to assist them in their professional environment where the focus is specific business, management and leadership support and mentoring - services range from R550 to R850 per hour. If Emotional Intelligence issues come up then to fee remains in the range. The idea being that EI and business skills work hand in hand.  

Generally

I do not require any contracts, but I encourage Clients make a mental commitment, to themselves, for at least 6 to 12 weeks of coaching in the business arena.  Most Clients choose to continue in their coaching relationship for between 6 months to 4 years, simply because of the benefits they realize in their lives.  

I do try not to book clients back-to-back, so I don't have to end a coaching session until we are truly finished discussing what is important to you. With my the technologies that I use we generally make rapid progress. That way it is efficient for you as well as cost effective.
