Linda Frederickson has a wealth of professional experience in the corporate environment over many decades.  She understands what corporate’s are about what goes on, the stresses and strains. She understands the linkages between personal problems, and/or work performance, and/or relationships.

Linda developed herself through many modalities over the years whilst in full time corporate environment. This was a deep personal journey marking the turning point from being nearly completely broken to one where she can be herself in the presence of the biggest listed companies CEO’s and sell them a credit insurance policy. She can debate with them, advise them and even guide them when necessary. Quiet a journey and speaks volumes.

The journey has been one of self empowerment and development all the way. That is why she now works (some times) in a centre for healing called Self Empowerment and Development. She knows the journey. She knows what it takes. And most importantly she knows that you can do it because she has done it. She has been there and got the many T shirts along the way.

Linda is proficient in a variety of healing modalities such as Aura-Soma, Reiki, Vortex Alignment, Crystal healing, energy and colour healing.  Linda also teaches Crystal Healing Courses and Reiki. She is a Reiki Master Teacher. Linda is also a Shaman who has initiated as a Suyu Alto Mesayoq in the Andean (Inka) Spiritual Tradition.

Studying these modalities was not so much about the technicalities of each; it was about what they meant for her as a person. What was the deep essence and truths, how can she integrate these teachings into other areas of her life; how can she grow! In all of these she found many truths and took the wisdom from each and slowly but surely wove them internally and integrated them. Over time they became her bedrock. She started to discover herself more and more. She found her own principles in life and her own identity. She discovered her own power and how to use it appropriately and wisely.
She took these truths into her life, her work and her relationships. Eventually she had developed enough and had grown sufficiently, that she felt that she had enough faith and trust in herself to leave the safe corporate environment, and start her own credit insurance brokerage business. She now travels around the country selling credit insurance and also finds time to do her other therapies.

Often the healing/therapy sort by her client’s, are not so much about the actual modality but more about counselling, guiding and the coaching she offers so well. Her clients seek her out wherever she is in the country and make arrangements to meet her when next she is in town.

Linda is a natural leader and a coach. People are drawn to her like a magnet. Linda, working on the principles learned during her life and through her modalities, has an immense amount to offer. Her clients love her and always seek her out for further healings and counsel when required.

Based on her own inner knowing and journey in her life, she developed her own healing ceremonies to overcome many of our society’s ailments such as lack of self esteem; unable to empower one Self; molestation; rape; abuse; discover the goddess within; etc. These ceremonies are deeply healing and extremely empowering, reflecting exactly who Linda is and what she stands for. Although many of her clients are female, she does often work with males.

Self empowerment and development is always her aim, not only for herself, but also for her clients. Linda has the ability to see through and understand situations very quickly and often just makes one or two comments for a person to get the picture clearly. This goes for her business and private life too. She comes from a place of deep intuition and is mostly spot on.

Knowing and working with Linda is an experience and by just experiencing her for who she is, is already a journey!
On the side line she also runs a successful Credit Insurance Brokerage business interacting with many MD’s, CEO’s, FD’s and credit departments of small, medium and large businesses. This is after working in the credit insurance corporate environment for ten years as a Senior Business Development Consultant. She is a credit specialist who provides expertise when dealing with her clients, providing them with information regarding their credit exposure and risks and provides a means of how they can protect themselves against possible loss.

Her ability to move up and down the society chain and still be just herself, speaks volumes about who she is and how she has grown over the years. She is as comfortable talking to the top CEO of a big company as she is talking and working with the ordinary man in the street with no airs and graces. She is just herself.
