You need to download Skype and install. It is easy and quick. Now you’ve downloaded Skype, and so has your friend. Now you can get started on the really cool stuff – such as making completely free and great quality calls or video calls from your computer. That’s the great thing about Skype, you can use your internet connection and turn your computer into an internet phone and make free Skype-to-Skype calls. Skype guides you all the way. You have to try real hard to get it wrong. They are just that good!

You and your friend will need to have a headset (or use your computer’s built-in microphone, camera and speakers) to talk to each other. You can really improve the sound quality of your calls with a headset, or take your calls to the next level with free video calls. I prefer video calls, but the choice is up to you.

Should you have to buy a Web cam to use please make sure that it can switch to low resolution as the high resolution tends to use a lot of bandwidth and often makes the video jerky. It can also interfere with the sound quality. Low resolutions facilitate much better conferencing. Also check with Skype to see if they have not updated the Skype program on a regular basis.

The marvellous thing about this is that you are always in control. When you have had enough - you go. NO hold from us!!

When you decide you want to consult with us, please email us with a heading "Consultation" in the subject line - that way you get priority and we will send you all the details of how to make payment. Only once we have the payment, we will contact you to make an appointment at a time that suits both of us. We don't expect you to pay for a month in advance. You can pay per consultation if you want to. That way you can control your costs and your time, in addition if you don't like what we offer you have lost nothing.

Consultations

The first two sessions are of two hours each. Each session is charged by the hour. First session is more to get to know you and explain to you how your issues are inter-related from what highlights itself from your form. The next session is normally to rid you of your negative emotional baggage and forms the foundation that we build on thereafter which facilitates you empowering yourself. Most sessions thereafter can be on a hourly basis or two hourly. I prefer two hourly as it means that we get through so much more so much quicker, but I do understand the economics and time pressures that clients are subjected to. Therefore we are adjustable and try our best to accommodate you.
